VICTOR R. RICHARDSON
Victor Richardson is an associate attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and estate planning and administration. Victor joined Kamps & Stotts in May 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Victor was the first onsite representative at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Medical-Legal Partnership where he addressed community health issues. From there, he was selected as a fellow of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation where he focused on regulation and protection of personally identifiable information and personal health information collected and maintained by governmental agencies.
After completing his fellowship, he returned to Arkansas where he was an attorney with the Arkansas Legal Services Partnership and served as a law clerk for the Honorable H. Vann Smith, Pulaski County Circuit Court, 14th Division.
Victor earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Psychology from Arkansas State University while working full-time as a database administrator and lead programmer. He earned his juris doctorate with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He is a member of the bars of the State of Arkansas and the State of Colorado.
Victor has always had a passion for both public service work and computer science. He has served as an attorney and volunteer technology consultant for both Legal Aid of Arkansas and the Volunteer Organization of Center for Arkansas Legal Services. Victor is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association where he served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Young Lawyers Section from 2015 through 2017 and currently serves as the Chair of the Family Law Section. Victor is also a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association and William Overton Inn of Court.

Victor is a native Arkansan, and he resides in North Little Rock with his wife, son, and three dogs.
