David W. Kamps
David W. Kamps graduated from Lyon College with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics in 2000. He received his juris doctorate from The University of Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2003.
After graduating from law school, David served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mackie M. Pierce, Pulaski County Circuit Court, 17th Division. David began private practice at the law firm of Dodds, Kidd & Ryan and remained there for over a decade before departing to form Kamps & Stotts, PLLC in 2014 with his long-time friend Jocelyn Stotts. He received the Martindale-Hubbell® AV Peer-Review Rating and has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® for two years and was selected as one of the best attorneys in Arkansas by the Arkansas Times. David regularly participates as a speaker in continuing education seminars and provides pro bono services through the VOCALS program.
David is a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. David resides in Little Rock with his wife, Jill, and two daughters.
David’s practice focuses on civil litigation, domestic relations litigation and probate and estate litigation throughout the state of Arkansas.
