Bianca G. Garcia
Bianca Garcia is an associate attorney who concentrates her practice in the area of family law. Bianca joined Kamps & Stotts in October 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Bianca served as an extern for United States Magistrate Judge Patricia S. Harris, United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas.
Bianca earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Arkansas State University, then earned her juris doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she received the Arkansas Bar Foundation’s David Solomon Scholarship, the Hispanic Law Student Association Scholarship, and the Wal-Mart Legal Diversity Scholarship. She is a member of the bar of the State of Arkansas, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the William Overton Inn of Court.
Bianca has always been committed to her community. During college, she mentored elementary students through El Centro Hispano of Jonesboro and interned for the Department of Academic Services where she focused on improving K-20 education in the Delta region. During law school, she was an AmeriCorps JD member dedicating more than 350 hours in the representation of domestic violence victims.
Bianca is a native Arkansan, fluent in Spanish, and frequently returns to her hometown of Monette to visit with her parents, sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew.
